Baking Bread

My wife got one of those KitchenAid mixers for Christmas from her Mom. She’s been wanting to get into baking. She’s working on the sourdough “starter” or whatever it’s called which apparently is about a two week process. I remembered some beer bread that NCHillbilly posted a while back. Did a search and found his recipe. She made a loaf of that with cheddar and jalapeño this afternoon. Turned out really good!! Will do again.
